How should I prepare for cleaning day?

Just make sure that things like laundry, toys, and other items are picked up and out of the way. Animals should be secured. Have an office? Paperwork should be put to one side of the desk so we can clean as much of it as possible. We can do a much better job in the time allotted if we can focus on cleaning. Our goal is to provide the best service at the lowest cost to you.

Do I need to be there when you clean?

No. In fact, it is usually better that the home or office be vacant. Again, we are better able to focus on cleaning without distractions. Just make sure that we get the keys and security codes to avoid lockouts. 

What kinds of cleaners do you use?

We use only cleaning products that are non-toxic and biodegradable. They are wonderfully fragrant and work very well. We think your home should be clean and healthy. If you prefer that we use your own products, just leave them out and available. If you have allergies or need a specific filter, please leave out your own vacuum cleaner.

How do I pay?

Payment is due at the time of service. Typically, our regular customers leave a check in a sealed envelope with our name on it. There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks. Payment is due the day of service.

Who will be coming to clean?

There will usually be two professional cleaners. One will be a lead for the company. We will try our best to have the same cleaners in your home for each cleaning. All of our people are well-trained and must pass a background check before we place them in your home or business.
How do you charge?

After an estimate has been given, you will be charged a flat rate unless other arrangements have been made. The fee will not change unless the tasks change. We will monitor the time spent in your home; if we are going over on a regular basis, or under on a regular basis, the time and fee will be adjusted accordingly and a new flat rate will go into effect.

What if I need additional work done?

It is always best to make arrangements ahead of time. We may schedule multiple services close together, which may not leave enough time for extra work without advance notice. We are happy to accommodate you with any of the items listed on the "Upon Request" list. Please note the additional time will be added to your overall cleaning time.

How does the guarantee work?

If you are not happy with any part of our service, just call us within 24 hours of our visit and we will be happy to return and make corrections without any additional cost to you. It’s as simple as that.
